About FocusPilot

A personal productivity workspace built around follow-through

FocusPilot exists to shorten the distance between remembering something and completing it. It brings the task, the daily decision, the place on the calendar, the focused session, and the review into one private system.

The problem we are working on

A list is not yet a plan.

Many productivity setups split one person's work across a task manager, calendar, timer, habit tracker, notes app, and review spreadsheet. Each tool can be useful, but the person becomes responsible for keeping every copy aligned.

FocusPilot treats productivity as a connected loop. Capture work once. Choose a limited set of daily outcomes. Give demanding work a realistic place in time. Focus on one selected task. Review what actually happened and use that evidence to improve the next plan.

The product includes core tools for tasks, Today, planning, calendar scheduling, focus, goals, habits, notes, reminders, checklists, and analytics. Specialist modules can be enabled when useful instead of occupying every workspace by default.

Product principles

How we decide what belongs in FocusPilot

Decisions before dashboards

Productivity software should help you choose what matters and what can fit—not reward the largest collection of open work.

One connected loop

Tasks, daily planning, time blocks, focus sessions, habits, and reviews are more useful when each step leaves context for the next.

Private by default

A personal workspace contains sensitive details about work and life. FocusPilot does not sell workspace data for advertising.

Honest product communication

We describe features that exist, document how they behave, and avoid invented ratings, testimonials, or promises of effortless productivity.
