A complete working system

The tools of personal productivity, connected around your day

Instead of maintaining a different source of truth for every part of your routine, keep the plan and the evidence of progress in one place.

Run the day from Today

Bring top outcomes, scheduled and overdue tasks, focus progress, reminders, habits, energy, and optional modules into one daily command center.

Plan time, not only intentions

Use the Planning timeline and calendar views to place work where it can realistically fit, while keeping read-only external calendar context visible.

Protect focused work

Start configurable focus sessions, attach the current task, record distractions, and move through automatic short or long breaks without starting unattended work.

Connect actions to progress

Turn longer-term goals into milestones and linked tasks, build repeatable habits, and update progress without separating aspiration from daily execution.

Keep context beside the work

Store notes, Markdown reference material, reusable checklists, and time-sensitive reminders in the same workspace and organize them with shared Areas.

Learn from real history

Review tasks, focus, habits, wellbeing, goals, and planning across date ranges that respect your timezone, then export measured daily series when needed.

A workspace designed around one person

What should the best individual workspace help you do?

The best individual workspace is not the one with the longest feature list. It is the one that lowers the distance between remembering something and finishing it. That requires a dependable capture point, a realistic view of today, a place to schedule demanding work, and enough history to learn when a plan repeatedly misses reality.

FocusPilot treats productivity as a connected loop. Tasks feed the daily plan. Planned work can become a calendar block or focus session. Completed sessions contribute actual time. Goals and habits keep longer horizons visible, while the end-of-day review gives unfinished work an explicit next decision.

  • One trusted place to capture commitments
  • A daily view that protects attention
  • Scheduling and focus tied to the same work
  • Reviews based on measured progress

Flexible without becoming noisy

Use one productivity manager across different parts of life

Personal productivity rarely fits inside a single project. Independent work, study, health, household responsibilities, clients, and long-term goals all compete for the same finite time. FocusPilot Areas let you separate those responsibilities while the Today dashboard shows only the decisions relevant now.

Core planning tools remain available in every workspace, while specialist modules such as Bookings, Finance, Trading, Prayer, and Wellbeing can be enabled only when useful. That modular approach keeps an individual workspace focused without forcing you to maintain disconnected systems when your responsibilities become more complex.

  • Nested Areas for work and personal responsibilities
  • Optional modules that stay out of the way when disabled
  • Workspace-wide search and quick capture
  • Timezone-aware planning, reminders, and analytics

From intention to completion

A daily productivity loop that closes

A useful workspace should help you move through the day and deliberately finish it—not keep generating more open loops.

  1. 1

    Capture

Collect tasks, notes, reminders, and ideas quickly before they compete for working memory.

  2. 2

    Plan

Choose top outcomes, check energy and existing commitments, then schedule a realistic amount of work.

  3. 3

    Focus

Work from the chosen task, protect the session, and record distractions without abandoning the plan.

  4. 4

    Review

See what moved, close out the day, and make an explicit decision about anything unfinished.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What is a personal productivity workspace?

It is a private system that connects the tools one person uses to capture commitments, organize tasks, plan time, focus, track goals and habits, keep reference notes, and review progress. The value comes from the connections between those tools, not simply having them on one menu.

Is FocusPilot intended for individuals or teams?

FocusPilot is currently centered on individual productivity. Each user works inside a private personal workspace, without team assignments and collaboration controls dominating the planning experience.

Can it replace a task manager, daily planner, and focus timer?

FocusPilot includes all three and connects them. Tasks can become daily outcomes and scheduled blocks, then attach to focus sessions whose completed time contributes to history and Analytics.

Do I have to use every productivity module?

No. Optional modules can be enabled or disabled from Settings. You can keep a simple tasks-and-focus workspace or add goals, habits, bookings, finance, trading, prayer times, and wellbeing features when they match your responsibilities.

Can I use FocusPilot on a phone?

The responsive web app works on phone screens and can be installed as a Progressive Web App from compatible browsers. FocusPilot remains online-first, so important changes should finish synchronizing before you go offline.
