Plan your day
- "What's overdue in FocusPilot, and what should I tackle first?"
- "Plan my day from my FocusPilot tasks and calendar. Show me the time blocks before you schedule anything."
- "Set today's top 3 to the tasks that matter most for my goals."
Capture from anywhere
- "Here's an email thread. Create FocusPilot tasks for anything I've promised, with sensible due dates."
- "Turn these meeting notes into tasks in my Work area, high priority for anything due this week."
- "Save this article to my FocusPilot bookmarks and remind me to read it on Saturday."
Review your week
- "How did my focus time this week compare with last week? When was I most productive?"
- "What did I finish this week, and what kept slipping?"
- "Which habits did I keep up this month, and which should I drop or adjust?"
Goals and long projects
- "Break my goal 'Launch the new website' into milestones and a first batch of tasks."
- "Which goals are behind schedule? Suggest one next step for each."
Business modules
- "Which invoices are overdue, and how much is outstanding in total?" (Finance)
- "Summarise my trading results this month by setup and session." (Trading)
- "What bookings do I have tomorrow?" (Bookings)
Get better results
- Mention FocusPilot by name so the assistant knows to use it.
- Use your own names for areas, goals and checklists. The assistant can look them up.
- For bigger changes, ask for a proposal first and approve it before anything is applied.
- Use a Read only connection for analysis, and a separate one with changes allowed when you want help acting.
- Ask "How do I…?" questions too. Connected assistants can search this help center.
