Plans, limits, and your data

Your plan

FocusPilot is free to use, and every workspace is on the Free plan (shown in Settings → Workspace). There's nothing to buy or upgrade; every feature and module is included.

Limits on AI, storage and uploads

• AI: a monthly allowance of AI runs (100 by default), shown in Settings → AI assistant and reset on the 1st of each month. One assistant message, AI plan, insight or screenshot import uses one run; failed runs don't count. You can make up to 8 AI requests a minute. When you reach the monthly limit, AI features pause until next month.
• Voice notes for the assistant can be up to 25 MB.
• File storage: 200 MB in total, and up to 10 MB per file. Files in the trash count until they're deleted after 30 days.
• Uploads: up to 3 at a time and 60 in 10 minutes.
• Saved task views: up to 20. Connected calendar feeds: up to 8.
• API keys: up to 120 requests a minute each.

Export your data

• Trades: Export CSV on the Trading → Trades tab.
• Analytics: CSV of the daily series, or a printable PDF report.
• Everything else: use the REST API with an API key, or ask us for a copy (below).
