Build and complete habits

Habits support daily, weekly, and custom cadences. The habit matrix shows completion over time, while streak and completion-rate summaries help you notice consistency without turning one missed day into failure.

  1. 1Create a habit with a name, color, cadence (Daily, Weekly or Custom), a target per period and an optional description.
  2. 2Complete it from Today or the Habits matrix, which shows the last 14 days: tap a cell to tick or untick it.
  3. 3Click a habit's name to edit it, or to delete it if you no longer need it.
  • The streak counts consecutive days done; leaving today unticked doesn't break it until the day is over.
  • The percentage is the share of the last 28 days you completed it.

Turn goals into next actions

A goal has a horizon (this week, month, quarter or year), a due date, and a way to track it: Milestones, a Numeric target, or Done/not done. For milestone goals, progress combines finished milestones and linked tasks; numeric goals use your logged value against the target.

A goal's page shows its milestones, progress (including the focus time spent on its tasks), completed work, next actions and files.

  1. 1Create a goal and choose how to track it.
  2. 2Add milestones yourself, or select Suggest for an AI draft you can review (needs AI assist).
  3. 3Link tasks by opening a task and choosing the goal in its Goal field.
  4. 4Use Log on the goal's page to record numeric progress.

Add useful context with wellbeing

  • Log daily energy (Low, Medium or High) from Today.
  • Turn on the Wellbeing module (Settings → Modules) to log mood (Rough to Great), last night's sleep and water in 250 ml glasses. The Wellbeing page shows 7-day averages, the last 14 days and your daily water and sleep goals.
  • Review Analytics to compare these signals with focus output over time.

Wellbeing trends are personal reflection tools, not medical advice or a diagnostic service.
