The FocusPilot workflow
FocusPilot is organized around a simple loop: capture work, choose what matters today, schedule it, focus, and review what happened. You can use only the core productivity features or enable specialist modules such as Finance, Trading, Bookings, Prayer, and Wellbeing.
Every new account receives a private personal workspace. Tasks, notes, bookings, financial records, and the rest of your data stay scoped to that workspace.
Set up your account
- 1Create an account with email and password, or continue with Google.
- 2Confirm your name, timezone, preferred time format, and working hours in Settings.
- 3Open Settings → Modules and enable only the optional sections you want in the sidebar.
- 4Create a few Areas such as Work, Personal, or Health to keep related tasks and notes together.
Complete your first daily loop
- 1Capture tasks with Quick add or from the Tasks page.
- 2Open Today and select Plan day to choose your top outcomes and daily intention.
- 3Place demanding work on the Planning timeline or Calendar.
- 4Start a Focus session and attach one of today's or overdue tasks.
- 5At the end of the day, use Close out your day to review progress and prepare tomorrow.
Not ready to create an account? The interactive demo uses temporary sample data and never writes to a real workspace.
