Organize and improve
Search, Quick add, and the AI assistant
Find workspace information quickly and use AI without giving up control of writes.

Search the workspace
Open the command palette from the top bar or with Command-K. Search is case-insensitive and waits for the current query before showing the empty state, so an older response cannot replace newer results.
Results can include tasks, notes, goals, reminders, checklists, bookings, and other supported workspace records. Selecting a result opens the relevant page or detail view.
Capture without losing your place
Quick add opens from the app header and is designed for fast task capture. Natural-language hints can identify timing, priority, and Areas; you remain responsible for reviewing interpreted dates before relying on them.
Use the AI assistant safely
- Ask read-only questions about your workspace data.
- Use voice input when transcription is configured.
- Review every proposed write action before confirming it.
- Enable AI in Settings and monitor usage against the workspace quota.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm dates, amounts, recipients, and destructive changes yourself.
