Choose the right view
- Month gives a high-level view of workload and important dates.
- Week is best for balancing work across several days.
- Day provides the most space for precise scheduling and conflict review.
- Calendar opens in Month view; click a day's number to open it in Day view. Focus sessions also show on the grid, and tasks due that day without a time sit in the day header.
Schedule and adjust work
- 1Select an empty time slot to create a new task there (Create time block: task, duration and Area). To schedule tasks you already have, drag them onto the timeline on the Planning page.
- 2Drag a task block to reschedule it. Moves snap to 15 minutes.
- 3Resize a block to change its planned duration.
- 4A block that overlaps something shows · Conflict with an amber outline, and you get a warning.
Overlay another calendar
- 1Open Calendars from the Calendar toolbar, then Connected calendars.
- 2Copy the private ICS address (https) from Google Calendar or Outlook and paste it in.
- 3Give the feed a recognizable name and color, then connect it. You can connect up to 8 calendars.
- 4Use its switch to hide or show its events, or the trash icon to remove it. A banner names any calendar that couldn't refresh.
ICS feeds are read-only overlays. The separate Google Calendar connection used by Bookings can create and update meeting events.
