Use FocusPilot with Claude

Before you start

• Any Claude plan. The Free plan allows one custom connector.
• On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds the connector for the organization, then each member connects with their own FocusPilot account.

Add FocusPilot (Free, Pro and Max)

1. 1In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors.
2. 2Select Add custom connector.
3. 3Name it FocusPilot and paste the server address (below).
4. 4Select Add, then Connect.
5. 5A FocusPilot window opens. Sign in, choose Read and make changes or Read only, and select Allow.

Add FocusPilot (Team and Enterprise)

1. 1An Owner opens Organization settings → Connectors, selects Add, then Custom, and chooses Web if asked.
2. 2The Owner pastes the server address and selects Add. No OAuth client details are needed.
3. 3Each member opens Customize → Connectors, finds FocusPilot (labelled Custom), selects Connect, and signs in to their own FocusPilot account.

Use it in a chat

Connectors belong to your Claude account, so FocusPilot is also available in the Claude desktop and mobile apps once you've added it.

1. 1In a chat, select the + button, then Connectors, and make sure FocusPilot is on.
2. 2Ask Claude something like "What are my top priorities in FocusPilot today?"
3. 3Claude asks permission before using a FocusPilot tool. Review each request, and only choose Always allow for tools you're comfortable with.

Prompts to try

• "Look at my FocusPilot tasks and suggest today's top 3, then set them once I agree."
• "Create a FocusPilot checklist for my trip to Lisbon next week."
• "Remind me in FocusPilot to call the dentist tomorrow at 10am."
• "Summarise my habits this month. Which ones am I keeping up?"

Disconnect

Remove the connector in Claude under Customize → Connectors, and revoke Claude in FocusPilot under Developers → MCP tokens.
