Use FocusPilot on a phone
The website works fully on a phone and can be installed to your home screen as an app from a compatible browser (on iPhone, use Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari). There is also a native Android app; there is no native iPhone app.
Install the Android app
The Android app is a direct download, not a Play Store listing. Find it in the account menu (your initials, top right) → Get the Android app, or the Android app link in the site footer.
- 1Open the download page on your phone and tap Download APK, or scan its QR code from a computer.
- 2Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow installing apps from this source.
- 3Tap Install, then sign in with your FocusPilot account.
What's in the Android app
- Bottom tabs: Today, Tasks, Reminders, Focus and More.
- More has Habits, Notes, Goals, Checklists, Areas, Notifications, Settings and, when their modules are on, Finance, Trading, Bookings, Prayer times and the AI assistant (with voice notes).
- Planning, Calendar, Analytics, Files and module settings are most complete on the web.
- The app has its own push notifications.
Understand offline behavior
FocusPilot needs a connection. Offline, the installed app shows a You're offline page with Try again. Wait until you're back online before making changes.
Push notifications on this device
Browser push is turned on per device: open Settings → Notifications on that phone or computer and turn on Browser notifications. Then choose which notifications use push.
